Yesterday I went downtown to Harrison Keevil's Brookville Restaurant for the Sunday brunch-featured "Hangover Cure," which consists of two slices of the best bacon I've ever tasted (locally sourced, thickly sliced, maple-glazed, then baked), artisanal sausage, braised pork belly, two ultra-fresh local eggs, and a hand-made bun with local heirloom tomatoes and house-made mayo.
